TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

PREAMBLE

Welcome to Money Box Game. Money Box Game is a digital entertainment platform based on exploration, discovery, geolocation, challenges, physical treasures and rewards in digital assets.

By creating an account, accessing the application or using any feature of the platform, the User declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

• Platform — the mobile application, website and services of Money Box Game.
• User — any person who uses the platform.
• Account — individual registration created by the User.
• Treasure — any reward, discovery, prize or benefit provided by the platform.
• Digital Assets — cryptocurrencies, tokens or other digital assets.
• Crew — the team responsible for maintaining and developing the platform.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Money Box Game is an entertainment platform that allows participating in real treasure hunts, discovering places and challenges, solving riddles, competing in rankings and obtaining digital rewards.

Use of the platform does not constitute a financial service, investment platform, banking institution, brokerage service or financial advice.

3. USAGE REQUIREMENTS

By using the platform, the User declares that they are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, use the platform voluntarily and will comply with the applicable law in their jurisdiction.

4. ACCOUNT CREATION

Creating an account is required to access certain features. The User undertakes to provide truthful information, keep their data up to date, protect access credentials and not share the account with third parties. Creating multiple accounts to obtain undue advantages is prohibited.

5. GEOLOCATION

Certain features depend on the geographic location of the User. By using them, the User authorises the collection and processing of location data to validate discoveries, confirm presence at locations, enable challenges, prevent fraud and ensure the integrity of the game.

6. SAFETY AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Participation is entirely voluntary and the User participates at their own risk. They undertake to respect public and private property, comply with the law, not enter prohibited or dangerous areas, respect safety rules and not put third parties at risk.

7. INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS

Any interaction between Users is carried out under their exclusive responsibility. The platform does not guarantee the identity of Users, the behaviour of third parties or the safety of in-person meetings.

8. TREASURE SYSTEM

Treasures may take various forms (a box with a QR Code card, internal credits, special items) and each may have specific rules. The platform reserves the right to change rules, correct errors, suspend campaigns and invalidate fraudulent participations.

9. CRYPTOCURRENCIES AND DIGITAL ASSETS

Money Box Game may distribute rewards in cryptocurrencies or other digital assets. The User acknowledges that cryptocurrencies are highly volatile, that their value may rise or fall, that there is no guarantee of appreciation and that prizes do not constitute a financial investment.

10. DIGITAL WALLETS

The User is solely responsible for creating and managing their digital wallet, safeguarding private keys, maintaining security and providing correct addresses. The platform does not have access to private keys and transactions to incorrect addresses cannot be reversed.

11. NETWORK FEES

Blockchain fees, gas fees or costs associated with transactions are the responsibility of the User, unless stated otherwise. The platform does not control network congestion, transaction costs or confirmation times.

12. ANTI-FRAUD SYSTEMS

Fake GPS, simulated location, bots, automated scripts, reverse engineering, exploitation of vulnerabilities, ranking manipulation, multi-accounts and VPNs that affect the integrity of the game are strictly prohibited. Detection may result in suspension, loss of rewards or permanent closure of the account.

13. USER CONTENT

When publishing content, the User declares that they hold the necessary rights and do not infringe third-party rights, granting the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive and free licence to use that content in an operational and promotional context.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights relating to the platform (software, design, logos, content, game mechanics, clues, maps, graphic elements) belong to Money Box Game and its licensors. Any reproduction or commercial exploitation without prior authorisation is prohibited.

15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". It is not guaranteed that the service will be continuous, error-free or that all features will remain available. The platform may be interrupted for maintenance or improvement.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money Box Game shall not be liable for financial losses, profits, opportunities or digital assets, GPS errors, network failures, blockchain issues, third-party actions or events of force majeure.

17. NO WARRANTIES

The platform does not guarantee financial gains, the continued existence of rewards, the permanent availability of treasures, compatibility with all devices or uninterrupted operation.

18. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

The platform may suspend or terminate accounts whenever there is fraud, violation of these Terms, abusive use or a need to protect the community or the integrity of the platform.

19. CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM

Money Box Game reserves the right to add or remove features, change mechanics, modify rewards, close campaigns or shut down the platform in whole or in part, without obligation of prior notice.

20. PRIVACY

Use of the platform involves the collection of certain data necessary for its operation, described in the Privacy Policy.

21. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

These Terms may be changed at any time. Continued use of the platform after publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of them.

22. FORCE MAJEURE

The platform shall not be liable for failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, armed conflicts, government restrictions and blockchain issues.

24. FINAL ACCEPTANCE
